SHOP Enrollment Paper or Phone only until November 2014
Businesses wanting to enroll in the Federal SHOP marketplace for 2014 insurance policies will need to complete the SHOP paper application or apply by phone at the Small Employer Call Center 1-800-706-7893. TTY 1-800-706-7915.
Due October 1, 2013 - Notice to Employees of Coverage Options
The U.S. Department of Labor has released Model Notice for employers who offer health plans and employers who do not offer health plans. All businesses are to provide this to their current employees by October 1, 2013, and to new subsequent hires within 14 days of their hire date, beginning January 1, 2014.
